These photos were taken at Katsucon, 2011. Definitely some good cosplay (and some bad cosplay lol). Check out the portrait photos focusing on members of this cosplay group by clicking here.
Yea, not a fan of the Mega Man series. I don’t like being tempted into throwing my controllers / handhelds on the ground. But maybe if the franchise was given a “rebooting” of sorts, and it looked as awesome as the fan made illustration below, I would play it. Maybe…
This definitely goes into “The best stuff” tag category. I wish I could have seen this in person. Or perhaps in HD video… but I’ll settle for knowing this existed as “good enough for me.”
Because Harley Quinn’s unyielding devotion for “Mr. J” wasn’t creepy enough, DA artist, Fatalis-Polunica, went ahead and did a photo-shoot of the character that makes her look really sinister. Almost looks like Harley jumped into the world of Frank Miller’s Sin City. I like it!
This will be my third year going to the nerd extravaganza known as Megacon. The con runs from March 25th to the 27th. (Fri-Sun). Visit the official Megacon website for event details and location.
I have had a great time attending Megacon the past two years, and this year is (hopefully) going to be even better. The con has showed steady growth. And with larger crowds comes better content.
I predict Megacon might just become the southern equivalent of Otakon or perhaps even the eastern Comic-Con. It’s in a great area and is accessible to those bordering on the outside of Florida.
I hope to see ya there! I’ll be taking photos and cosplaying in my Subject Delta costume.

I am loving the designs of the characters in this teaser. It reminds me of Dead Space mixed with District 9. Interesting teaser overall. I definitely want to see more.
The synopsis for the trailer reads as the following: “Leila, a spunky twenty year old on a quest for other life forms, finds her survival in jeopardy when she succeeds…”
ThunderCats was a little before my time. I don’t have any personal connections to it. But perhaps I can finally get into the franchise with this new anime reboot of the series, produced for Cartoon Network. Visually, it looks appealing. Action looks decent, but I can’t gauge the story, being that no vocal narrative is added to trailer. It’s a good enough teaser to get old fans mouth-watering over the reboot, I suppose.
